At Evidence Based Birth Inc., we want you to feel confident in your apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
